Quote requests
Quotes are based on the information you provide and what we find during inspection. A quote is not a guarantee of a fixed price until the scope of work is confirmed. Pricing depends on the pest, property, activity level, access, preparation, and service scope.
Inspection requirements
An effective inspection requires reasonable access to relevant areas. You may be asked to move furniture, clear items from skirting boards, or provide access to roof voids, subfloors, or external perimeter areas.
Accuracy of customer information
You agree to provide accurate information about the pest activity, the property, occupants, pets, and any relevant health or safety considerations.
Treatment recommendations
Treatment recommendations are based on the inspection findings and the specific conditions of your property. We do not guarantee that any treatment will permanently eliminate every pest. Pest control manages populations; it does not create a permanent invisible shield.
Customer preparation responsibilities
You agree to follow all preparation instructions provided before the appointment, such as clearing kitchen surfaces, covering exposed food, and securing pets.
Access to the property
You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the property and the areas requiring inspection or treatment. If access is restricted, the service may be limited or rescheduled.
Children, pets, and sensitive areas
Treatment plans are selected according to the pest, property, occupants, and relevant label directions. Customers must follow all preparation and re-entry instructions provided by the technician. We do not claim that any chemical treatment is completely safe for children, pets, or the environment.
Re-entry instructions
Depending on the treatment, you may be asked to vacate treated areas until they are completely dry and ventilated. You agree to follow these re-entry instructions.
Payment terms
Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of booking or quoting. Specific payment methods and timing will be discussed before the service is carried out.
Cancellation and rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as early as possible. Cancellation and rescheduling terms will be confirmed at the time of booking.
Follow-up visits
Follow-up visits may be recommended depending on the pest and the level of activity. Follow-up is not automatically included unless agreed at the time of booking.
Limitations of pest control outcomes
Pest control reduces and manages pest activity. It does not guarantee permanent elimination. Pests may return if there are ongoing food sources, moisture issues, or new entry points. We provide prevention advice to help reduce this risk.
Damage caused by existing pests
Upkil is not responsible for damage caused by pests before, during, or after treatment. Existing pest damage may require separate repair or building work.
Customer compliance with instructions
The effectiveness of treatment depends in part on the customer following preparation, re-entry, and prevention advice. We are not liable for outcomes where instructions have not been followed.
